Earl James, a loving husband and father of three, is a visionary leader and entrepreneur. He serves as the Director and Founder of Northball Academy and Co-Founder of Northball Athletics, using sports as a powerful tool to build confidence, strengthen family bonds, and promote holistic well-being. With over 15 years of experience working with seniors and youth through Northball Athletics, Northball Academy, and Digital Bridge, Earl has dedicated his life to fostering growth and unity within the community.
Beyond sports, Earl co-founded the Scarborough Alliance Centre, where his mission to inspire others and encourage them to pursue a higher purpose continues to thrive. Known for his approachable and open-hearted nature, Earl welcomes meaningful conversations and connections, making him a cornerstone of the United Scarborough Alliance’s commitment to empowering individuals and transforming lives.
